KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY

Our Private Room is upstairs and seats 24 people. There are 3 large 5'x9' tables, 20 linear feet of countertop and a fridge/freezer that you may use. We have an elevator that can be used to get heavy items upstairs (ex: ice chest) and/or handicap guests. You may arrive 30-40 minutes prior to your party if you plan to decorate or set anything up. We require a deposit to hold your date and time. The deposit is the room fee ($20/hour) + the first 8 kids ($20+/kid). A few days prior to the party we will ask for a final head count to prepare materials. Any extra kids (up to 24 total) can be paid for at the register on the day of. If you are planning a drop off party, 2 hours is often enough time. If you're providing more than just snacks (ex: lunch), parents will be staying or family members will also be coming and people will be visiting during the party then we suggest 3+ hours. You cannot have snacks/food at the same time if you choose a clay or glass project. All of the projects take between 1 and 1.5 hours depending on the age of the kids. A staff member will be guiding the entire project and leave when the project is over. Typically the party starts with the project, however if you are doing a longer party and would like to eat first that can be coordinated. Project Choices: Clay Sculpting - you can choose to have everyone make the same project based on your theme (if you have one) or everyone can pick a different project to sculpt and paint. Projects are left behind to be fired. Pottery Painting/glaze - if you choose this option kids will choose a pottery piece from downstairs (up to $15) and they will have 16 glaze colors to choose from. Projects are left behind to be fired. Glass Fusing - kids can make a 3"x4" projects that hangs for $20/kid or turn them into night lights for $25/kid. Projects are left behind to be fired. Pottery Painting/acrylic paint - if you choose this option kids will choose a pottery piece from downstairs (up to $17) and they will have 30+ acrylic paint colors to choose from. Projects are taken home the same day. Canvas Painting - if you choose this option you will send me 3 options of kids canvas paintings (usually from Pinterest) that your child likes and I will narrow it down based on the time we have and the age of the kids. Projects are taken home the same day.
