About the event
Tween Art Club participants have the opportunity to choose what they want to make in the studio after doing 3 guided projects.
Past and current Tween Art Club participants who have made at least 3 projects can choose
what they want to make as soon as their very next class.
Benefits:
Tweens will learn 3 different art mediums and then be able to turn their attention to what interests them the most.
Tweens will be able to work on projects at their own pace.
This will facilitate motivation, better learning, and better quality work.
FAQ:
Will there still be a guided class every week?
Yes, we will be following the project schedule listed on the website. Tweens that have done more then 3 projects can either choose to do something on their own or join the guided project.
Can the tweens that have done their 3 projects choose to do something they haven't done a class on yet?
No.
Example: A tween wants to do Stained Glass and that class wasn't done during their 3 classes. The tween will have to choose something else that interests them until they can join the next Stained Glass class. After they take the class they can continue to make Stained Glass if they choose to. They need to know how to do it on their own before they choose it.
