4:30pm - Bleach Tie Dye - 1 Thursday

Bring 2-3 black or colored pieces of clothing to bleach tie dye! We will be going over different tecniques to get different looks.

Teen Art Club participants  have the opportunity to choose what they want to make in the studio after doing various projects.

Benefits:

Example: If a teen took and really liked the stained glass class and isnt interested in sewing they can choose to do staind glass instead of sewing.

Teens will be able to work on projects at their own pace.

This will facilitate motivation, better learning, and better quality work.

FAQ:

Will there still be a guided class every week?

Yes, I will be following the project schedule listed on the website. Teens who choose to do other projects must beable to remember how to do the project with minimal help as I will be teaching the scheduled project.

Can the teens choose to do something they haven't done a class on yet?

No.

Example: A teen wants to do the Pottery Wheel but they haven't done it yet.  They need to know how to do it on their own with minimal help before they can choose it.
