12pm - Kinusaiga Class

Kinusaiga is is a Japanese craft that turns fabric scraps into stunning, stitch free art. Using colorful textiles tucked into a carved base, you’ll “paint” landscapes, florals, and more — no sewing required! This relaxing, eco-friendly craft began as a way to give leftover kimono fabric new life, and today it’s loved for its vibrant colors, texture, and creativity. Perfect for beginners and seasoned makers alike!

Patterns will be available to follow OR bring your own ideas and I can help bring them to life! Material is all included for this class. However, if you want to bring any silk or cotton fabric special to you, to include, feel free to do that!

We will be using exacto knives in this class. So a pretty strong steady hand is needed.
